Minister for Employment Visits Paperworks!
On Thursday 26th January, Paperworks was paid a visit by the Minister for Employment, Chris Grayling MP. Listening to the questions and concerns of trainees regarding employment and potential changes to the benefits system and they could affect them, Mr Grayling was full of praise for Paperworks ;
"In this situation it’s not so much what the government does but what Paperworks does and I have seen today how the hard work and professionalism of everyone involved has made this such a success story."
The visit also attracted attention from the press, both local and national, with Paperworks Manager, Damien Handslip being briefly interviewed by Len Tingle (BBC Political Correspondent for Yorkshire & Humberside) to feature on the upcoming edition of the program "Sunday Politics", to be aired February 5th at 11am on BBC One. There also be a feature in the Harrogate Advertiser to come later this month.
This visit is a superb recognition of the value and work of Paperworks, both on a local and national scale and provides a great start to build on for 2012.
