We have an exciting opportunity for a Training Services Manager to join our supportive team in Leeds and Harrogate sites. We’re looking for someone with an exceptional ability to communicate to lead our training team, developing opportunities and delivering a high level of service to our trainees.

Paperworks is a social enterprise providing personalised support for individuals with autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs. Our aim is to enable our clients to play a greater part in their communities.

The Training Services Manager is responsible for training provision across Paperworks ensuring training is consistently delivered to a high standard and the impact of the service is recorded.

They are responsible for recruitment of new trainees and for the safety and safeguarding of all trainees.

In addition, the Training Services Manager has management responsibility for training staff across both sites, overviewing service delivery and supporting as appropriate.

The ability to work with social services and other organisations is also a key part of the role.

Must have a full UK driving license and business insurance.
